Welcome to the daily therapy! Here we will focus on 10-12 week splits. These programs have been designed to challenge and progress your training with drop sets, time under tension, low reps, high reps and supersets. A mix of bodybuilding and functional movements to keep your training evolving and challenging! Daily workouts will be posted on the weekend before by 9PM CDT for the following week.

About Kyle Carillet

Online personal trainer

Kyle started his introduction to the gym about 12 years ago.ย  He struggled with being a "thick" kid most of his life and through that, found a healthy motivation for the gym.ย  He went onto coaching and helping others achieve their fitness goals!ย  From major weight loss to just getting more cut and fit.ย  In the last 5 years he has competed in multiple bodybuilding and fitness competitions. These were challenging on a whole different level and have brought a healthy outlook on self-development. After having a few coaches that taught him the only way to stay in shape was to eat bland chicken and rice he got burnt out.ย  This is what started him on cooking macro friendly meals!ย  From sauces and side dishes to full meal preps and dinners!

We know food and fitness go hand in hand. To get the most out of this program tracking macroโ€™s and getting in the gym at least 4-5 days a week will help maintain or push your fitness journey to the next level!

The drive to work hard A kitchen to meal prep in and ideally a full gym setup!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These workouts can be done as is, which is a little more advanced or they can all be scaled down if youโ€™re just starting out!
How to schedule the program into a week?
Find out how many dayโ€™s youโ€™ll be working out each week then adjust from there, the circuit day and the additional chest/back days can be removed to have a classic 4-5 days split.
