Welcome to my "Intro to the Gym" Program! This program is about transforming day-to-day life into a sustainable and healthy lifestyle one day at a time. Each week the workouts will progress, focusing on overall strength and conditioning, core strength, and higher intensity workouts for fun! My goal for us through this next 4 weeks, is to become more confident in the gym, learn and feel comfortable with new exercises, as well as learning proper form and technique. Move More is for anyone who wants to challenge themselves starting on a smaller scale. All it takes is 28 days to be more disciplined, learn better habits, and transform.

About Kyle Carillet

Kyle started his introduction to the gym about 12 years ago.  He struggled with being a "thick" kid most of his life and through that, found a healthy motivation for the gym.  Which grew into more than a Passion.  This was a lifestyle!   He went onto coaching and helping others achieve their fitness goals!  From major weight loss to just getting more cut and fit.  In the last 5 years he has competed in multiple bodybuilding and fitness competitions. These were challenging on a whole different level and have brought a healthy outlook on self-development. After having a few coaches that taught him the only way to stay in shape was to eat bland chicken and rice he got burnt out.  This challenged him to find a way to still enjoy life and food but still physically progress at the same time!  This is what started him on cooking macro friendly meals!  From sauces and side dishes to full meal preps and dinners!

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
