My free 4 week program to get you started in the app. 4 days a week: Push, Pull, Legs, Arms & Delts. You run the same 4 workouts for 4 weeks and the goal is simple, beat last week. Add a little weight or a couple more reps every week.

Week 1: Learn the movements and find your weights
Week 2: Add reps
Week 3: Add weight
Week 4: Push it, beat every number from week 1

Log your weights in the app so you can see your progress. Every exercise has a video so you never have to guess. Take a rest day between workouts when you need it.
