I like that you start off your clients with a 40/40/20 split versus immediately crashing carbohydrates. Carbohydrate timing is more important IMO than the volume of carbohydrates calorie for calorie.
Do you offer 1 on 1 training / nutrition? I used to be close to 400lbs and am right now around 275 and still recomping. I feel I could use a second set of eyes week to week.
