Omg! I don’t know how you came up with this evil exercise lol. Most challenging yet in your ab exercises specially the standing ab roll out and swiss ball knee tucks (i almost died balancing 😨). You don’t fail to challenge your clients. πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŠπŸ»
