Thankyou for talking candidly about nutritionā¦ with dancing in my childhood and then getting overweight in my teens and obese in my early 20s and having to deal with that, even attempting to follow marathon runner calories has been leaving me feeling flat by the end of trainingā¦. Im up to about 3500 cals a day now and am getting more progress on my tricks faster, and I certainly havenāt gained weight, so clearly I was not eating enough at allā¦ and Iām guessing thereās no research per se about how much more pole takes with how new it isā¦.
