I'm enjoying these challenges and am seeing improvement. I'm also noticing injuries I didn't realize I had so am making adjustments (my 48th year around the sun has been rough on my body!). No more straight leg inverts for a while 😣

I’m amazed at how much stronger I am just by doing the yoga flow warm up and the shoulder mobility, can’t invert yet but getting closer each day
