I LOVE this! I combined it with a lower body stretch on the Peleton app and found that I got into my right front split almost to the ground and my left front split was way closer than ever before!! Ill keep coming back to this one!! Thank you!!

My leg are feeling it so much that I can’t really move them more after 5 minutes… this is only my second time doing it, so I’m assuming it will get easier/more stretchy..????
