I LOVE this! I combined it with a lower body stretch on the Peleton app and found that I got into my right front split almost to the ground and my left front split was way closer than ever before!! Ill keep coming back to this one!! Thank you!!

I loved this… my legs are very tight, especially the quad! I’m about to repeat on the other side!
How often do you recommend doing this sequence??? ( I was thinking every second day??)
