I’m Kristy—mom of 5 (yes, twins included!), former collegiate athlete, and marathon runner!
Fitness has always been part of my life, and in many ways it has carried me through motherhood. But over the years, it has completely evolved.
I’ve tried it all—powerlifting, running, group fitness, boot camps, HIIT… but each time, I’d burn out and move on to the next thing.
I needed a smarter, more sustainable way to stay fit and feel good.
💡 In 2024, I made a shift:
☑️ Daily steps > running, endless cardio & random workouts
☑️ Short lifts > long, exhausting gym sessions
☑️ Protein & fiber (eating to fuel) > restrictive eating, guilt, & obsessive tracking.
☑️ Sleep & recovery > overtraining & burnout
✨ And everything changed. ✨
Now, as a busy mom of 5 in my 40s, my workouts are short & effective, my nutrition is simple & flexible, and my lifestyle is realistic—because fitness should fit your life, not take over it!
I feel strong, lean, and energized—without the overwhelm.
