Lean & Defined is a 6-week phase designed to help you build lean muscle, reduce body fat, and create visible definition, without extreme dieting or starting over.

Includes my Lean Defined Blueprint for guidance on eating in a calorie deficit with ease and my Lean Nutrition Recipes with simple, repeatable meals! 

Program workouts are 4 days per week using minimal equipment (dumbbells, bands, optional barbell, stab ball).

The split includes:
• 2 lower body days (glute/ham + quad/lean legs)
• 2 upper body days (push + pull with core)
•Contrast sets to build strength + intensity
•Density circuits to increase output and drive fat loss

You’ll also include deep core work and strategic cardio:

• 10–12k steps daily
• optional Zone 2 / incline walking after lower body days
