Great! And I wanted to tell you, I am 3 1/2 months postpartum and I’ve been super frustrated because I have not lost a pound since I left the hospital. It’s my second baby and overall, I just gained a lot more with this guy. I took core and hip measurements when I started this program on 6-16 just to track progress since weight didn’t seem to be changing...and I’ve lost an entire inch off my middle and another inch off my hips/butt!! So, thank you!!! Great reminder that weight isn’t everything. You have been such an inspiration to me through both pregnancies/PP, I appreciate how real you are and I love love your workouts! Short enough I can do them in a nap and just do two if I have extra time :)
