Hey, I’m Kristin! I’m a mom, wife, certified personal trainer and an entrepreneur. I’m obsessed with all things fitness, cheering my two boys on the sports fields, family vacations, beach walks and a good skinny margarita. I’m so happy you’re here!
My fitness journey has taken many forms - from being an athlete through college, to getting back in shape after having two kids, to now designing programs built for busy lives and sustainable strength. I’ve trained clients of all levels, from those just starting out to seasoned lifters looking for their next challenge.
