        Koko’s program has seriously changed my life. I’ve been on my fitness journey for years now and always had a hard time committing to a workout routine I truly enjoyed.         Koko’s virtual training program has helped my confidence in the gym grow SO MUCH. I was hesitant at first because I was scared I wouldn’t know what I was doing or I would do the movements incorrectly, but she uploads a video to show each exercise & is always available to fix my form if I send a simple video. The program is also amazing for if you’re gym-shy!!! I used to not like working out in front of ANYONE, so having the workouts with instructional videos right in my pocket for whenever I was ready helped me so much because I was able to practice & learn movements on my own. 😅 She really focuses on your problem areas & makes sure you have the program you need to reach your goals (these hip dips are finally starting to look smaller girlies!!!!) There was a lot I *thought* I knew about building my best body, but starting my training with Koko made me realize there’s so much more to learn. Would 1000% suggest her training to anyone looking to get started or even seasoned lifters – she has so much knowledge & insight to offer on form & targeting very specific areas.         Working out virtually with you has been the best decision I’ve made in my fitness journey. I just finished my first workout plan and didn’t hesitate to continue on with you and do more than what I accomplished already these past couple months. Through these past couple months, I’ve become stronger in my mind and body and enjoy moving around vs. being lazy and dragging myself through the day. I love seeing results, and gained confidence that I once lacked before. What makes me wanna keep going is the fact that you focus your coaching on what I’m aiming for, and all the workouts/meal plans are made specifically for me.. so I see results I’ve been yearning for fast!!
