Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts were designed for people of all skill levels. Though some of the movements may require more time to master, they’re programmed consistently enough throughout the 8 weeks to be practiced and improved.
What are the goals of the program? The main goals for this program are functionality, increasing muscular strength, and improving overall body composition.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Intention and consistency over anything! Practice the movements and be intentional with every session by being present and focusing on how your body moves and feels.
What do I need to participate in this program? Time and effort! That’s all. Block out time in your day to get the workout in. All of them can be completed in less than an hour!
How to schedule the program into a week? You can start on any day, but remember that your rest days would depend on when you start. If you want your rest day to fall on a weekend, try planning to have Day 1 be on Monday.
