Strength Coach & Runner

I have been a professional figure skater for over 10 years and my sport has allowed me to explore so many different areas of health & fitness. I have had the opportunity to travel the world performing and doing something that I love and whether I was working on a cruise ship or a TV show, one thing remained consistent - my love and dedication of living an active lifestyle and figuring out what makes my body work at its best. I am a certified personal trainer & functional strength coach with a strong focus on mobility & strength. Figure skating has played a huge part in how I look at training and also the importance of flexibility and mobility and how it compliments strength training. I take this approach in my running training & have never looked back. In order to run long & far I understand we need to take care of our bodies! I hope I can help as many people as possible with my workouts & training!
