Rolling Plank

- Lie on your back with legs extended at about 45°
- Extend your arms our in front of you
- Engage your core to slide you hands toward your feet
- Lower controlled and repeat

V Slide

- Bring your knee towards your opposite elbow
- Repeat on the opposite side 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Cross Body Mountain Climbers

- Holding your legs extended up
- Sit up and reach for your toes with both hands
