- Side to side burpees over rope 25 rep
- Jump rope side-to-side 1:20 min
- Right cross body rope toe touch 25 rep
- Left cross body rope toe touch 25 rep
-Moving High knees to jump rope in place 2 min
Repeat circuit 5 rounds 30 sec rest between each exercise 1 min rest between rounds
