- Jump rope 1:45
- Right knee drive w/rope 20 rep
- Left knee drive with rope 20 rep
- Moving high to jump rope in place 1 min
- Rope over knee tucks 30 sec
- Side to side walking plank 45 sec
- Jump rope back & forth 1 min
Repeat circuit 5 rounds 30 sec rest between each exercise 1 min rest between rounds
