- Raise your torso engaging your core
- Pause and return to the initial position slowly

Cross body crunch left

- Lean back to about 45 degrees and raise your legs off the floor
- Rotate dumbbell from side to side

Dumbbell russian twist

- Alternately bring your legs up and down
- Raise the dumbbell toward your foot engaging your core, reach right hand to left foot, left hand toward right foot.

Dumbbell alternating toe taps

Hands next to your hips slightly sit back and engage your core alternate legs back and forth over dumbbell keep feet up never touch ground

Seated back & forth over dumbbell ab tucks

- Start in a plank position
- Extend one arm then the other
- Bring one knee towards your chest followed by the other
- Engage your core

Plank to push-up to knee drive

High knees in place
