- Jump N Jack W/rope shoulder raises 1:30
- Side to side burpee’s over rope 15 rep
- Side to side over Jump Rope 1 min
- Jump rope high knees 30 sec
Repeat circuit 5 rounds 30 sec rest between each exercise 1 min rest between rounds
