- Jump rope 1 min
- Right knee drive w/rope 12 rep
- Left knee drive with rope 12 rep
- Moving high to jump rope in place 1 min
- Rope over knee tucks 30 sec
- Side to side walking plank 30 sec
- Jump rope back & forth 30 sec
Repeat circuit 5 rounds 20 sec rest between each exercise 45 sec rest between rounds
