- Jump rope 45 sec
- Jump N Jack W/rope shoulder raises 30 sec
- Side to side burpee’s over rope 10 rep
- Side to side over Jump Rope 30 sec
- Jump rope high knees 20 sec
Repeat circuit 5 rounds 20 sec rest between each exercise 45 sec rest between rounds
