- Ab torso twist left 20 rep
- Ab crunch machine 20 rep
- Burpee to box jump 15 rep
- Overhead cross body med ball slam 40 sec
- Sprint 20 sec
Repeat circuit 4 rounds 20-30 sec rest between each exercise, 45 sec rest between rounds.
