Wow I feel like my legs threw hands with Mike Tyson. LOL straight up that switch up was intense an really burned my legs up. 10 outta 10 🤙🏼

- Push through the balls of your feet
- Engage your calves as you go up

Standing calf raise

- Press up using your toes activating your calf muscles
- Lower slowly stretching the calf muscles

Seated calf raise

Calf Superset

- Sit on the machine with the pad at the bottom of your shin 
- Extend your legs engaging your quads 
- Pause at the top and lower slowly

Leg extensions

- Using only one leg
- Bring your heel towards your glutes
- Lower with a slow controlled motion
- Focus on engaging your hamstring
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Lying single leg hamstring leg curl

Leg Superset

- Start with a shoulder width stance
- Keep your back on the pad as you lower down
- Reach parallel and push through your heels extending your legs to stand up

Hack squat

Single Leg press

- Stand in a wide toed out stance 
- Hold a heavy dumbbell between your legs in front of you
- Lower into a squat, touch dumbbell to the ground
- Stand up to full extension
