Hi, I’m Kim! I’m pumped you’re here! My hope is that this app helps you fall in love with feeling strong and brings out the inner badass in you! A little bit about me… I am an outdoors woman who always had a passion for health and fitness. I grew up camping, hunting, playing sports and always loved being “the strong” girl on my teams. I went on to walk-on at The University of Texas Women’s Rowing team and this is where I fell in love with strength and conditioning. Not only because I was stronger, but I felt so confident in my body’s ability to do whatever adventure I wanted to go on, whether it be camping, backpacking, hunting, kayaking… I knew body could do it! I made it my personal mission as a strength & nutrition coach to change as many lives as possible through health and fitness because of that realization of being strong means more freedom and confidence to truly live my adventure! Whether if you are wanting to utilize this app to get ready for your next backpacking adventure or hunting trip or wanting to learn more about nutrition to get fit and feel confident… I can help you!   I will meet you where you are at and help you any way I can so can chase your life’s adventures!   Be strong. Goals
My goal is to eliminate the excuse of not knowing what to do and deliver the best training programs for the avid backcountry man /woman or the novice just getting started in the outdoors. In the backcountry, you are your own first responder and strength matters to not only adventure further but to keep you safe while doing so.
Training Requirements
My only requirement is that once you make a commitment to a program, stay true to your word and follow through with it! All programs can be done with minimal equipment, in a garage gym or in a commercial gym. Having access to barbell is super beneficial but not required. If you want to take your training to the next level, and want to work on your nutrition you can do so in the 1st Phorm app. When you download, make sure I am your advisor (KimNicks) and we can get started!
