Hi, I’m Kim! I’m pumped you’re here! My hope is that this app helps you fall in love with feeling strong and brings out the inner badass in you! A little bit about me… I am an outdoors woman who always had a passion for health and fitness. I grew up camping, hunting, playing sports and always loved being “the strong” girl on my teams. I went on to walk-on at The University of Texas Women’s Rowing team and this is where I fell in love with strength and conditioning. Not only because I was stronger, but I felt so confident in my body’s ability to do whatever adventure I wanted to go on, whether it be camping, backpacking, hunting, kayaking… I knew body could do it! I made it my personal mission as a strength & nutrition coach to change as many lives as possible through health and fitness because of that realization of being strong means more freedom and confidence to truly live my adventure!
