Great stretch session especially for the hamstrings. Definitely feel them lengthening and alot stronger.

I was challenged by the strength work in this class and noticed a big difference afterwards in the quality of my splits. I’ll be coming back to do this class again for sure!

Great hamstring stretch and felt the difference focussing on both the hamstring focus splits and the hip focus!

Definitely a good start to hamstring stretching. This training is one that would benefit my weight-lifting session too since I'm known to have very tight hamstrings. Look forward to track my progress in the coming weeks!
