Loved this first week. Easy to follow steps for me who hadn't done anything like this for years. Great explanation from Kim. Give it a go..

Good introduction session to splits training. Challenging enough but not too much strain. Kim was super helpful in explaining how during a stretch, it should feel between 6-7 rather than reaching the max level of 10.
