I discovered Pilates about 10 years ago, practicing on and off. After pregnancy, I turned to YouTube classes, where I fell in love with Pilates. However, I felt limited by the online experience, and financially, studio classes weren’t an option. Eventually, my practice fizzled out.
At the time, I was working in a corporate job that left me feeling unfulfilled. Through a friend, I learned about a local Pilates instructor training program and decided to give it a shot. From the first class, I realized teaching Pilates was my true passion. It wasn’t just a side hustle- it became a way for me to help others and contribute to a greater good. Pilates reignited my sense of purpose and brought me the fulfillment I’d been missing.
Pilates is more than just physical fitness- it’s about improving how we move in every day life whether it’s crouching down to play with your kids or staying active as you age Pilates connects the mind, body and spirit. My teaching philosophy is rooted and making Pilates accessible to everyone, no matter their background, gender or ability I focus on helping people feel good through movement not just achieving aesthetic goals.
I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including pregnant women those recovering from injuries and older adults. My long-term goal is to open my own studio and make Pilates more accessible to all removing barriers, like financial limitations and misconceptions.
Outside of Pilates and passionate about clean high protein, cooking and environmentally friendly products. Pilates has given me strength, confidence and clarity, and I’m excited to help others find the same.
