Does the workouts require any equipment? Yes very easy to get equipment! Such as dumbbells, resistant bands and a yoga mat.
What’s the main goal for your workouts? The main goal of all my workouts is to make sure anyone can perform them and achieve life changing results ! Also in addition to my workouts my goal for all my clients is to build that inner self-love and confidence as well!
