How to schedule the program into a week? Remember that growing the glutes take both work AND rest. Try to do these workouts 2-3X a week, giving yourself 2 days in between glute days.

Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts are intermediate skilled. If you need a little more, give yourself an extra set, or extra reps per move.
What do I need to participate in this program? You need a fabric resistance band for these workouts. You can also use dumbbells !
