What are the goals of the program? The goals of this program are to learn the beginner and basics of glutes and abs for growing Glutes and strengthening abs.
How to schedule the program into a week? For optimum Glute growth, only do a Glute workout every 3 days (two days of rest in between! ) You may rotate any of the glutes workouts whenever you’d like.

What equipment do I need to participate in this program? This program is for a FULL gym setting. We will be using machines, dumbbells, resistance bands, barbells, and more.
