What are the goals of the program? This is a total body gym program with goals to increase overall strength.
How to schedule the program into a week? Rotate workouts for the next 6 to 8 weeks. Depending upon how often you’d like to work out, you can do all workouts one time a week, making sure do you keep two days in between doing the same work out.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts are for advanced athletes.
What do I need to participate in this program? This program we use barbells, dumbbells, straight bars, kettle bells, cable stacks, and more equipment. Please make sure you have a full gym to do this program.
