This is my first time back in the gym in about a month. This workout was challenging but rewarding.

We did it Joe!!! Wow! What a workout. I love the set structure and the reps. Gradually harder and harder. My muscles are talking to me. Warmed up with a vigorous 4 mile bike ride. Heading to swim laps as a cool down. A great day! Thanks Kevin!!!

My God on today! What a TIME! It is really great to learn the names of these exercises. I’m getting better about following along and knowing what’s next. I also find it helpful to preview the next days workout the day before doing it. I feel even more empowered.

Instant sweat!!! I warmed up with a half mile walk and stretch and then jumped right in! YASSSSS!!! That was fulfilling. My form is easier to maintain and the weight is manageable. I’ll be moving up soon. This was very affirming today!

Arm workout was excellent. Yes to affirmations throughout the session. It really helped me to stay motivated, keep my eye on the form and finish strong. A great session.

Lots of fun. Again, my strength is building but rather than get cocky, I kept weights lower to really maximize GREAT etiquette and form.

Loved the shoulder work out. My upper body is stronger than I thought, so next time I will increase the rate while keeping great form. I appreciate the motivation during the session. Yes Beyoncé references.

So thorough. Giving myself grace through some of the failure. Exercise were challenging but with some modification absolutely doable. Got up and kept going when I paused or wanted to quit. Look like I just came out of the steam room. Paired with the legs… this was a complete journey. I loved it!

That was IMMENSE!!! I wanted to bail at each round, but I didn’t. Sweat was pouring off me and my balance increased dramatically throughout the session. I added weights incrementally until the form was more solid. Great session. Now the abs!!!

the ab workout is always where I shy away, but I’ve been keeping a promise to myself to at least try.

Fabulously intense. I’m sweating like a hooker in church. It was really challenging to keep form. I ended up finishing one of the chest presses at 7 reps and then went back after the workout and knocked it out. I value the time you took to build this program and I value my time. Finish strong is my motto today.

This was hard asf tbh ngl. Kevin you put me through the wringer but I’m thankful I got it done! Thank you Kevin!
