OMGEEE!!!! My shoulders are SCREAMING!!!!

I did this exercise minus shoulders yesterday and thought perhaps that I didn’t do something correctly because I didn’t really feel much. However, last night I started to feel it in my legs, so I came back to redo both the compound exercises plus shoulders today and when I tell you, I feel great. But I’m know I’m  gonna feel it tomorrow. Thank you for those of us who want to get in better shape but didn’t know what they were doing in the gym. This is super helpful!
