What is the goal of this program?
The goal of each yoga series is for you to feel better in your body, mind and spirit. Within 30 days of continual practice, you will start to feel better both emotionally and physically. This is the promise of yoga.
Who is the program for?
My yoga programs are for a wide range of students. You will find classes for beginners, restorative and those dealing with chronic pain. I also have intermediate classes and power vinyasa classes if you are looking for a higher intensity practice.
What equipment do I need?
A yoga mat and/or yoga blocks and strap if you choose to use them but not required.
How do I structure the weekly workouts? Rest days?
Practice a minimum of 3 days a week to start but no more than 6 days. 1 day of rest minimum is suggested.
How can I track my progress?
You will start to gain awarness of how to do the postures, how to breathe and will feel better in your mind and body.
I'm new to this -- where do I start?
If you are new to yoga, you will want to start with one of my begginer classes. If you are just new to my Playbook but you have some knowledge of yoga, then you can choose from my Power Yoga Classes, Restorative, or my classes for Chronic Pain. I have a little something for everyone!

I love this yoga sesh but it always has trouble loading for me! Sometimes it won't load, and others it will, but it keeps buffering throughout. 😞
