Can anyone do this program? Yes! I have modifications for everyone!
Will it teach me to handstand? No. It is designed to get you “fit” enough for handstands. Head on over to my Handstand Program if you’d like to learn how!
How much commitment is it? Just 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week!
After 3 weeks, then what? Depending on your fitness level you may want to repeat the program again or add it into your normal workout routine on a regular basis.
Expect to be challenged! We will work our core, arms, legs and hip flexors! You won’t be able to do all the exercises right away but over time you will!
