How much commitment is it?

After 3 weeks, then what?
Depending on your fitness level you may want to repeat the program again or add it into your normal workout routine on a regular basis.
What should I expect?
Expect to be challenged! We will work our core, arms, legs and hip flexors! You won’t be able to do all the exercises right away but over time you will!
