Maybe having a metronome to make breathing rhythm attic and give you time to explain what we should be tightening and other constructive criticism that the audience doesn’t realize we should be doing because we’re learning. It sucks to get the helpful advice 3 reps in when there’s 5 reps total. I don’t want to waste any of the reps. The more I do a workout it gets better and better but that’s because I’ve heard the info a few times but I rely on your guidance 100% of the time. Thanks for the classes tho
