I love love love this! Just getting into Pilates and Iโ€™ve been following Keri for years on IG. Fellow mama just trying to stay sane with some daily movement. Some of the moves are a bit advanced but I do what I can until I perfect it through practice. Thanks Keri!!! Hope more content is produced soon!
