How to schedule the program into a week? Five day training split, with 2 rest days. Schedule your workouts according to your lifestyle and be sure to listen to your body when your feeling tired.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Perfect program for anyone. All of the exercises can easy be modified accordingly to your fitness skill-level. If you’re unsure how to modify, feel free to ask me!
What do I need to participate in this program? Since it’s minimal equipment, you won’t need much. At the very least you will need a pair of dumbbells! There are few exercises that include the use of a kettlebell but no worries if you do not have one because you can easily modify the exercise by using a dumbbell.
