    About Kendall Mack

    Hi Friends!

    My name is Kendall Mack and I am a certified personal trainer, and CrossFit coach. I fell in love with the pursuit of a healthy and fit lifestyle in 2013 when I found CrossFit. I have been learning and growing in this world ever since. One of my greatest fitness achievements is being named a member of Team USA for olympic weightlifting in 2020. I am extremely passionate about helping others reach their healthiest and happiest selves. Whether it is through in person coaching or my workout guides, I hope I can help you find happiness and success in your fitness journey!

    What makes this app different?
    When you workout with me your motivation to workout changes from "I have to do this to look good" to "I get to do this to prepare me for anything life throws at me." At any point in life, you can start on my workout plans. I don’t give you one-off programs of PDF documents with no assistance. I add new programs (with interactive, explanatory videos) on a weekly basis. My content is new, fresh, and ever-changing to keep you motivated and ready to work! Plus, if you need help, I will always here for you. You can message me directly if you have any questions, feedback, or simply want to share your success.
    I haven't worked out in years, is this a good start?
    I have workouts and programs in the app for any level of fitness. Plus, every exercise has a video and written out movement instructions attached. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! I have several workout plans that require no equipment. I also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require full gym equipment. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you find a workout routine that is maintainable and enjoyable.
