That was lovely, your style works really well for me. Your cues are intuitive, the sequencing was creative and your reference to "sleeping pigeon" made me smile (I never heard it called that before but so cute!). Im stoked to have found someone on playbook with longer flows, I'll definitely be checking out your other videos!! 💙

Fantastic! I hiked for 2 hours yesterday (burnt 1000 cal💪) but my lower body felt super sore😅and it feels much looser now!❤️ can’t wait to do more!
