In today’s class we get started with movement right away. So if you would like to start your practice with some stillness, feel free to start the video when you’re ready! 

All you will need is a yoga mat, however if you know you like to use blocks for poses like warrior 3 and standing splits, go ahead and grab some! Otherwise I’ll meet you on your mat. 🥰

love love love the free flow style!! sometimes i just wanna flow, rather than focusing on a particular part of the body/workout (or being aware of it, anyway). Also, love the way you taught how to get into shoulder stand through the bridge. the instructor i had didn't teach us that trick and I'm sure more people in the class could have gotten closer to a shoulder stand if they got into it through a bridge!! but-- PLEASE FILM HORIZONTALLY!!! I spent like 20 minutes trying to rotate the video in the beginning, I even restarted my phone 😂😂
