About the program

Welcome to the second version of Summer Shred! Workouts will be INTENSE. Heavily focused on lifting with a great blend of cardio to really help shed some fat and get to you ready and confident for summertime! This is an 8 week 5 days a week workout plan. So be ready to give it your all. You will see best results by finishing the entire program! Don’t give up on yourself!
