This program is designed for postpartum moms who have had a c-section or have any diastasis recti that they are looking to heal. There will be one workout posted every week that you follow at your own pace. If you need to repeat a week a couple times, that is TOTALLY fine. Listen to your body, don’t push yourself, & know it’s okay to take things slowly. Things to remember when doing these workouts: -Back flushed to the mat -Ribcage tucked IN -Think “belly button to spine” when performing any exercises -We will not be going for reps & rather going for time. If you need to take a break during the time that is OKAY! Form > reps.
