This program is designed for the busy mom, the working woman, the working mom, or just anyone who wants to build muscle without wanting or needing to spend 2+ hours in the gym. This program is designed progressive overload style, lots of similar workouts every week, but enough variety to keep you looking forward to your workouts. Push yourself with weights, your last set should be HARD, meaning barely hitting those 8 reps.

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
