I am a yoga teacher with a love for strength-building, up-beat classes. I wasn’t always able to enjoy this type of class, which is why I also like teaching beginners that are new to yoga or students that just enjoy a slower paced class. Yoga is for every body, and I aim to make classes that anyone can enjoy. I’ll also be posting pose tutorials and conditioning aimed at certain yoga poses!

My Playbook will help you to increase your flexibility and mobility, build muscle and endurance, and clear you mind with thoughtfulness and meditation.

Training Requirements

My classes can be done at home with a yoga mat (or even without on a softer surface such as carpet). Yoga blocks and straps are also recommended, but large books or towels can be used in their place.
