Awesome workout- definitely feeling this one! My only issue is that I don’t work out at the gym, I have dumb bells and weights at home, so I don’t have access to any of the machines shown in some of these exercises. I had to Google quite a few substitutions to use my own weights instead. So any kind of recommendations on alternative at-home exercises we can do instead of the machines would be wonderful! :)

Holy cow. I wasn’t feeling the gym today. Been a long week and I’m tired - but boy am I glad I came. Without even realizing it I upped all of the weight I normally do. Almost done with week three and I can’t believe how much stronger I feel!
