What equipment do I need? Workouts will vary! If you don’t have a specific prop don’t worry I’ll offer modifications throughout😉
•Mat
•Barre (or get creative: chair, counter, wall, etc.)
•Light weights (1-5lbs.)
•Pilates ball
•Band
Can anyone do this program? Yes all levels welcome! There will be modifications given throughout each workout.
What is the time commitment? You can choose! Classes range from 10-30 minutes so you can find one that fits your schedule👊🏾
