I started my own fitness journey in 2010 after a back injury left me in a wheelchair. After months of physical therapy & gaining my strength back; I started walking daily, which turned into running daily. I have ran many 5k to half marathons until I decided to start lifting weights.
In 2019, I decided to get my personal trainer certificate and from there opened my own gym; PowHERhouse Fitness! I’m known for helping women gain muscle, lose weight and gain their confidence back.
